This Deed made this the thirty-first day of December in the year Eighteen Hundred and Sixty Eight by George Howard and Eliza A. Howard his wife of Wicomico County State of Maryland, Witnesseth, that in consideration of the sum of Eight Hundred and Fifty dollars, the said George Howard and Eliza A. his wife do grant unto Levin T. Howard and his heirs and assigns forever All that part of a Tracts of Land called Lebanon and Wilson's Lot.

Lying on the South side of the County Road leading from the Barren Creek Mills to the County Road that leads from Riverton to the Horn Town Mills and the same Land being a part of the Land that the aforesaid George Howard purchased of Josiah Bailey and the Land is situated in Barren Creek District and adjoins the Land of Joseph P. Twilley on the East and the Land of Levin Cooper on the West. Containing Fifty acres more of less. And the said George Howard and Eliza A. Howard his wife convenant that they will warrant specially the property hereby conveyed and the said George Howard and Eliza A. Howard his wife convenant that they will execute such further assurances as may be requisite.
