This indenture made this Fourth day of April in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and fifty. Between George Willing and Eleanor Willing his wife and Denard Insley and Margaret Insley his wife of Somerset County and State of Maryland of the one part and Mitchell Jarrett of the County and State aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that the said George Willing & Eleanor Willing his wife and Denard Insley and Margaret Insley his wife for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred dollars current money to them in hand paid by the said Mitchell Jarrett before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof they the said George Willing & Eleanor Willing his wife Denard Insley and Margaret Insley his wife doth hereby acknowledge and from every part and parcel thereof doth hereby acquit exonerate and discharge the said Mitchell Jarrett his heirs and assigns and he the said George Willing and Eleanor Willing his wife and Denard Insley and Margaret Insley his wife hath granted bargained sold alienated enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain sell alien enfeoff and confirm unto the said Mitchell Jarrett his heirs or assigns all that lot of land lying on the east side of Nanticoke River in a tract of Land called Bewdley. Beginning at the end of ? Poles from the second Bounder of Mount Hope and first bounder of a Tract of Land called Bewdley thence running north sixty six degrees and thirty minutes West twelve and one quarter poles by the aforesaid bounder to the Nanticoke River thence South twenty four degrees West thirteen poles by and with said River to a Stone thence South sixty six degrees and thirty minutes East twelve and one quarter poles thence a right line to the first Beginning containing one acre of land more or less Together with all and singular the Buildings improvements woods waters rights liberties privileges hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever there unto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversions remainders unto issues and profits thereof and all the right and title whatsoever of them the said George Willing and Eleanor Willing his wife and Denard Insley and Margaret Insley his wife both at ? and inequity of into and out of the said parcel of land. To have and to hold the same as aforesaid described called Bewdley or by whatsoever name or names the same maybe called together with its appurtenances unto the said Mitchell Jarrett his heirs and assigns forever and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever and they the said George Willing and Eleanor Willing his wife and Denard Insley and Margaret Insley his wife for themselves their heirs executors and administrators doth hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Mitchell Jarrett his heirs executors and assigns that they the said George Willing and Eleanor Willing his wife and Denard Insley and Margaret Insley his wife and their heirs will from every part and parcel thereof of the before mentioned land premises hereby bargained and sold with the appurtenances thereunto belonging against themselves their heirs and against all and every person or persons whatsoever claiming or to claim any right title or Interest in and to the same or any part thereof shall and will hereafter warrant and forever defend by these presents.
