This Indenture made the fifteenth day of April in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety and Seven Between Jesse Vinson son of Jacob Vinson and Sarah Vinson and Elizabeth Williams Daughters of the aforesaid Jacob Vinson all of Sussex County and State of Delaware of the one part and Isaac Vinson son of the aforesaid Jacob Vinson of the same county and State aforesaid of the other part. Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the aforesaid Jesse Vinson Sarah Vinson and Elizabeth Williams for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty Pounds current money of the State aforesaid to the said Jesse Vinson Sarah and Elizabeth Williams by the aforesaid Isaac Vinson in hand paid at and before the Sealing and Delivery hear of the receipt whereof the aforesaid Jesse Vinson Sarah Vinson and Elizabeth Williams doth hereby acknowledge hath given granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth give grant bargain and sell convey and confirm unto the aforesaid Isaac Vinson and his heirs and assigns for Ever all their Right Title Interest Claim and Demand that they have or held in any manner of Heirship to all that Tract of land called Vinson's Choice for which said Land is situated Lying and being in the Sussex County and in Little Creek hundred and buted and bounded and know to lie and going on the west side of Tussekey Branch and lieth near on the westernmost side of Charles Maraion Saw Mill in Little Creek hundred the same being the tract of Land that was patented by the proprietor of Maryland unto a certain James Vinson at that time in the State of Maryland but at this time in the State of Delaware. Together with all and singular the Improvement or Improvements with all the appurtenances their unto the same belonging unto him the said Isaac Vinson and his heirs and assigns for Ever. To have and to hold all the right and Title and claim to all that above Described Tract of land with all the appurtenances thereunto the same belonging to him the said Isaac Vinson and his and assigns for Ever. To only use and Behoof of him the said Isaac Vinson and his heirs and assigns for Ever and for no other use or uses whatsoever. And the said Jesse Vinson Sarah Vinson and Elizabeth Williams for themselves and Each of their heirs and assigns for Ever Doth conevant grant promise and agree to and with the said Isaac Vinson and his and his heirs and assigns forever that the aforesaid granted and bargained premises that they will forever warrant and defend the same again the claim right and title of all and every person or persons whatsoever claiming or that shall hearafter claim any right or title by or under us or them by these present. We the aforesaid Jesse Vinson Sarah Vinson and Elizabeth Williams doth nominate constitute and appoint James P. Wilson Esq. and Thomas Fisher Sheriff our true and Lawful attorneys or either one of them for us and in our names and stead to appear before the Court of Common Pleas for the County of Sussex then and their to acknowledge this Deed of Bargain and Sail in do forum of Law and hearby Ratify and confirm the lawfull act of said attorneys or either one of them doeing the same for us to be in as good and as ample a manner as we ourselves might or could doe ware we parsonally present ourselves. In testimony whareof we have to these present have set and fixed our seals the day and year first ritten as above.
