Will of Lucretia Hudson

May 04,1814
In the name of God Amen, I Lucretia Hudson of the Village of Milford in the County of Kent State of Delaware being weak in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory, do make and publish this my last Will & Testament in the manner and form following Viz. First I devise that the farm I own in Sussex be sold by my Executor and the proceeds disposed of as herein after mentioned, ___, I give and bequeath unto my Grandson William Hudson Collins a Bed & furniture and a Bureau and all the other articles that I haves furnished his mother Sally Collins with all which said articles are now in possession of Julias A. Collins
Thirdly I wish all my Household property equally divided between my tow daughters Cynthia Hudson, & Rebecca Hudson ~~~ Fourthly, I desire the money arrising from the sale of the before mentioned Land to be equally divided between __ two daughters Cynthia & Rebecca Hudson & my Grandson William H. Collins share and share alike ~~~
Fifthly, I desire that my son James Hudson haves one hundred dollars paid him by my Executor out of the money collected from the Estate of Daniel Rogers, dec'd ____ sons Robert Hudson, John Hudson & David Hudson each One hundred dollars to be paid them by Executor out of the money collected from the Estate of Daniel Rogers decd.: I desire that all my Debts and Funeral Expensses be paid out of the proceeds of the Land that I have desired to be sold~ My Son Daniel Hudson have the Ballance of the money to be collected from the Estate of Daniel Rogers dec'd whom I hereby appoint my sole Executor of this my last will & testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this 4th day May 1814
