Will of Mary Porter

(Previously Mary Williams, widow of David Williams)
In the name of God amen. I Mary Porter of the County aforesaid, widow, Being Desirous to Setle my Worldly matters While god Doth Continue me in my Reason and In order to Do the Same I Do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testamentand Desier it may be Recieved By all as Such and as to my Worldly goods I give and Dispose of in the form following -- viz---
Item I give unto my Daughter Rebeca five Shillings --
Item I give unto my Son William five Shillings. --
Item I give to my Son David five Shillings --
Item I give to my Daughter Lucrecy five Shillings --
Item I give unto my Daughter Mary my Loome and all to it Belonging and one fether Bed and furniture and one Table and one Chist --
Item I give to my Son Curtis Williams thirty Pounds in Money. Item: and all the Remainder of my estate I give and order to Be Equaly Divided to and among my four Childering Morgan and Curtes; Nellye; and Peggy - -
Item: and I Do ordain order and appoint my Son Morgan Williams and my Brother in Law - Morgan Williams Execuors Joyntly of this my Last Will and Testament. In Witness Whereof I have heareunto Set my hand and Seal this 26 Day of September 1784: Witnesses Present.
