Will of Thomas Walls
Sussex County, Delaware
April 03,1794
In the name of God, be it remembered that I Thomas Walls of BroadKill in Sussex County, do this 3rd day of April 1794 Consider and make this to be my last will and testament in the manner following.
Item, First I give and bequeath unto my wife all my land and everything else divising my estate. then(?) widowed ____ and then.
Item, I give unto my four sons, namely all my lands to be devided between Samuel, Jessy, Thomas and Burton.
I give unto my three daughters all the rest of my cleane Estate, to be equally devided between Nancy, Mary and Nelly, when they come to the ___ to merry on to take in state.
I appoint my wife Mary and father Samuel to be my whole and sole Executors of this my last will and testament, revoking all former Wills.
